A perennial much-branched, aquatic herb with creeping or floating stem. Leaves pinnate: leaflets 7-11, sessile, ovate-oblong or sinuately lobed, obtuse; flowers white, in short racemes; fruit a siliqua, shortly cylindric; seeds minute, ovoid, muriculate. |
