Description |

A shrub or a tree, 6 m in height. Bark pale yellow, rather smooth, 4 mm thick; leaves elliptic- lanceolate, coriaceous, glabrous and shining, entire or obscurely crenate; flowers light yellow in axillary clusters; capsules 1-2 cm long, aril bright red. |
