A beautiful, large, woody, laticiferous climber. Stems very stout, warty; leaves ovate or elliptic, coriaceous; flowers white, with red calyx, fragrant, in lax terminal cymes; follicles stout, pericarp coriaceous; seeds ovate-oblong, flat. |
