A small perennial herb. Leaves arising from the base, 15 to 45 cm long, linear, sparsely hairy, apex acute, bears bulbils. Flowers small, bright yellow, star shaped, borne aw short scapes. Fruit capsule, hypogeous, 1.3 cm long. Seeds 1 to 4, oblong, black shiny, deeply grooved with wavy lines. |
