A tall, much-branched perennial shrub, 1-2.5m. high. Leaves ovate, coarsely crenate-serrate, gland-dotted, pubescent on both surfaces; flowers pale greenish yellow, in simple or branched racemes, moderately close whorled; nutlets sub-globose, rugose, brown, with glandular depression, not mucilaginous when wetted. |
