Description
A perennial herb growing to 0.5m. Leaves alternate and compound; tiny silver-gray. Flowers bisexual, purple or white in color. Fruits subglobose, green and plum-like appearence.

A compound decoction or infusion of the root has been used to treat fits and convulsions and has been used on bleeding wounds.
