A small tree up to at least 8 m tall. Leaves broadly ovate to subrotundate, 10.5-30(-42) cm x 8-20(-25) cm, densely tomentose with branched or stellate hairs, particularly beneath, petiolate. Flowers with white corolla. Fruit subglobose, about 5 mm long.
