Description
A rapidly growing perennial, shrubby herb which grows to 1 m height. Leaves are simple and dark green; ovate to orbicular about 5 x 4 cm. Flowers are irregular in shape, bell-shaped, corolla 3-4 cm long, colour varies from white through to purple.
For treating dry coughs with an irritated throat and discomfort in the chest (Flower juice); mixed with coconut oil and applied topically to heal wounds and burns (leaf powder).
