Health Remedies - Scabies

Product Categories

Scabies is a skin condition caused by tiny insects called mites. The mites burrow the upper layer of the skin and deposit their eggs, forming a characteristic burrow that looks like a pencil mark. Scabies is characterized by itching, thin, pencil-mark lines on the skin, rashes or tiny red spots, and abrasions of the skin from scratching and digging. Scabies affects people of any age but is most common in children and young adults. A secondary skin infection such as impetigo can occur because of intense scratching. Scabies can be treated with medications that successfully kill the mites and their eggs.
