Health Remedies - Influenza

Product Categories

Influenza is an acute, highly contagious infection of the respiratory tract. It is caused by influenza A or B viruses. It spreads from person to person contact. This contact primarily comes in the form of coughing and sneezing from those infected by the flu.

The most characteristic symptoms of influenza are weakness, fatigue, muscle aches, headaches, fever (101 to 102 degrees), sneezing, and sometimes a runny nose. Children may have nausea, vomiting and diarrhea, but these symptoms are uncommon in adults. The disease lasts for about 3 to 7 days for most people.
